The Westin Galleria Dallas

From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you 😊 from the Mendoza family!

Beautiful. Lots of places nearby. Room was spacious.

the executive suite was very spacious, can be devided into two distinct sections. Roomy. The mall is connected to the hotel. Everything was clean.

The room was wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and lovely. Parking was offered for a charge but the staff also made it easy for us to find free parking. The view was of the highway but up high, with the big picture window, and window seat, it was fun to look out on the intricacies of the area.

The 21st room floor was comfortable, roomy & nice amenities. Bed was especially comfy. Executive suite lounge was good. Nice selection of continental choices and beverages. Wait staff was especially nice & accommodating. Loved being connected to the mall & restaurants, making it easy to avoid the atrocious Dallas traffic once we got there!
